1. Purpose

This document defines the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for content creation, editorial workflow, and publishing on AutoReviewUS. The aim is to ensure all published content is high-quality, consistent, SEO-friendly, and aligns with the brand’s voice for automotive enthusiasts in the USA.

2. Editorial Workflow Overview

The editorial process on AutoReviewUS follows a structured workflow to ensure timely publishing and quality control.

Step 1: Content Ideation

  • Team brainstorms content ideas based on:

    • Automotive news & trends (USA & global)

    • Vehicle reviews (cars, motorcycles, accessories)

    • SEO keyword research

    • Affiliate & monetization opportunities (AdSense, Amazon Automotive)

  • Ideas are added to the Content Calendar in Google Sheets or project management tool.

Step 2: Content Assignment

  • Editor assigns articles to writers based on:

    • Expertise (cars, motorcycles, EVs, accessories)

    • Availability and deadlines

  • Writers receive:

    • Content brief with keywords, headings, target audience, and word count

    • SEO instructions & internal link strategy

Step 3: Writing & Draft Submission

  • Writers create drafts following AutoReviewUS Editorial Guidelines:

Step 5: Fact-Checking & Image Verification
