Constrained by Logistics, Kawasaki's New Products Failed to Launch in Indonesia This Year

www.informationautomotive.com - PT Kawasaki Motor Indonesia (KMI) had expressed plans to launch its new motorcycle again before closing in 2021. But the agenda must be canceled because of logistical problems aka the delivery of units.

Deputy Head & Sales Promotion of PT KMI Michael Chandra Tanadhi said, with the very forced procession of kawasaki new motorcycle launch in Indonesia must be shifted no later than the first quarter of next year.

"A few months ago we launched the new Ninja ZX-10R and there are plans to be two new products. But there are constraints in logistics and the launch plan must also change the time, at least in the first quarter (2022)," he said.

While 1 more product, continued Michael, will be hatched in the second quarter of 2022. All products that will launch in Indonesia status is CBU (Completely Built Up) aka imported whole.

When alluded to what products will be prepared later, he was reluctant to talk further. Only he ensured that the product that will be launched later is more affordable than the Ninja ZX-10R but more expensive than the Ninja ZX-25R. Most likely the model carries a 650 cc engine.

"I'll tell you now, it's no surprise. Be patient and just wait, yes," he said.
