The New Honda ADV160 is the new champion scooter for PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) in the Indonesian two-wheel market. The world debut on Friday (1/7) the automatic adventure is still enjoying the market alone, because until now rival brands have not produced their opponents.
The revisions made were quite significant, AHM injected a machine with a larger capacity, applied new features, and revised several body sectors. Interestingly, with the changes brought by the official price of this motorbike, it only starts from Rp. 300 thousand to Rp. 400 thousand from the ADV150 predecessor.

The amount of power and torque is also identical to the PCX, where it is capable of producing a maximum power of up to 11.8 kW or 15.8 horsepower at 8,500 rpm and a peak torque of 14.7 Nm at 6,500 rpm. The engine is combined with ACG Starter technology which makes the engine starter momentum smoother.
Further to the compression blend the engine is at 12:1 with bore x stroke at 60 x 55.5 mm. Again the settings are similar to his brother, the PCX 160.

Meanwhile, the seat height has also been corrected by 75 mm or now to 780 mm, with the lowest distance to the ground still at 165 mm. With the changes in the ADV160, the weight increases by 1 kilogram or becomes 133 kg (dry weight) for all CBS and ABS variants.
As for the fuel tank, this motorbike is capable of drinking up to 8.1 liters of gasoline. From Honda's internal testing using the WTMC-Euro 3 method with the active ISS feature, the figure is 45 km per liter, so that when the fuel tank is full it can run up to 364 km.
Price of New Honda ADV160
AHM still offers the Honda ADV160 in 2 different variants, namely CBS and ABS. Both are sold with a tag of Rp. 36 million and Rp. 39.25 million, respectively, which have OTR Jakarta status.
As for color availability, the company offers 6 colors at once. The choices for the CBS variant are metallic black, white, and red. Then for the ABS variant, it comes in matte white, black, and red colors.
