The Qatar 2022 MotoGP which took place on Sunday night (6/3) was won by the Gresini Racing MotoGP racer, Enea Bastianini. There are two history printed this Italian racer. Enea Bastianini started from second position, relatively calm when carrying the Ducati Desmosedici GP21 despite being attacked by several senior racers. The Italian racer finished the race in 42 minutes 13.198 seconds, even setting the fastest time in the race 1:54,337 seconds on lap 17, breaking Francesco Bagnaia's 2021 record, 1:54,491 seconds.
Bastianini after the race expressed feelings of immense happiness. "I tried hard from the start, but the most important thing was to save the tires for the end of the race. Meanwhile, the rookie racer for the Gresini Racing MotoGP team, Fabio Di Giannantonio, managed to finish in 17th position. “We are learning and there is still a lot to learn, but I have to be happy with this debut. Obviously, we want to improve a lot and do it quickly, but it's important to finish this first race and collect some valuable experience. Now immediately focus on Mandalika and continue to work with confidence," he explained.
